What an interesting morning I had, went to park at city hall cheaper then parking near court house, construction wow, found out while filing app for position, for typing test they had to get DIO for computer wasn’t taking, then found out parking at city hall will be changing company for parking lot. City hall parking lot has always been cheaper though one has to walk across street to get to court house. Then they add steps at city hall.

My day was good I got acquainted with the campus and my teachers. It is nothing Like High school, and it’s quite a work load, but I will not complain :-)

As long as you don’t walk into any doors you should do fine! :-)

I’m going to take a momentary break.

Good evening all. Little Sister I already new college would be different then HS. I told my daughter same thing those who tried to get her in trouble in HS would not be there for college. I think she enjoyed college more so she was able to take classes HS wouldn’t let her. And Algebra for her was really tough. Last instructor got an ear full from students with same problem. My daughter gave that instructor high praise when finished with Algebra. Also Little Sister since your in class keep up on those definitions those are on test.

It’s gotta be BETTER than High School (despite the workload).

Evan tech college is better then HS, test though with tech college is not recogine by most college’s I found out, though tests are very technical everything counts. Some are young to olde adults. With our local one not sure when this happened since I been away from it for 10 years are now preparing more for Bachalor’s study’s. The building I had attended did away with business side went for medical type studies.

Also tech had to leave the public school system go more independent. Also terminated all DIO people and some instructors where let go as some programs ended or stopped. Like woodworking that has ended due to internet usage. Local tech not outsources all computer problems. Pay’s someone else to fix.

As a matter where the Admin for tech moved from location near one HS to futher NE near a small airport. They’re speciallty will be training people for aircraft work when aircraft work is dismall.

Just like my field as an Office Assistant/Office Specialist has died and why I need to change. Receptionist’s are still used but they want younger.

My apologies had to vent but it’s what the future is.

Not sure who like’s Dancing With the Stars, have very cool line up. I’ve been a fan since it started. I would love to talk with anyone nice about it.

I’m not waiting for someone to get on. Need to get to reading.

It went fine Frankr. We collected our winnings and then had a mini 9-Ball tournament. I finished second but had a great time.
