Luv from yesterday…………you are not just imagining…….I AM feeling better today! I’ve got about 5 more days of feeling good until the next treatment…..Woo Hoo!
Ummmm….. I couldn’t resist, sorry. I think I missed anything offensive, even if I was the culprit, but I agree. Politics belong on the political comics (there are plenty). Religion only seems to have For Heaven’s Sake.
Hi, Luv, Grog, bmonk & Bah!Bah! – Didn’t look offensive to me. My husband won’t let me put any bumper stickers on our vehicles because he doesn’t want any that are outdated.
Which is why I don’t understand why people want to get tattoos – especially women. I like to wear things for a long time, but even I would want to be able to change them once a decade or so. What if their tattoo clashes with the current fashions in a few years?
BAH!, I don’t protest too much. I rarely if ever protest. I am watching The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy for the first time. No one told me it is SCARY! The credits aren’t even over and already I am terrified.
No, I dd not realize it’s in reruns. I too apologize for breaking the rules, but it wasn’t intended as a partisan comment. I also don’t see BAH!‘s reply as a partisan comment, at least no more than your mention of the current president. If you were commenting on a comment since removed, then I withdraw my comment, ’cause I didn’t see the one that’s gone. Wait. Does that last sentence make sense??? Obviously, I need a strong cup of teat to revive myself after a cold walk home from work!
Montana Lady: Many hugs and I’m happy that you’re feeling good for now. “Woo Hoo!” indeed!!! And if you feel rotten next week, just remember the roller coaster: it’ll take you up again, so endure and keep smiling – just to confuse the doctors. :) My Beloved took her drop spindle to all her cancer/chemo appointments; it made for interesting conversation, and she was able to knit my father a pair of Merino socks for Christmas last year.
What grade are you in Lacy Ann? I take that back you do not have to answer that question for privacy sake on your part. For me does not matter. For me your even younger then my own daughter who did accieve an Associates in Jr. College. I know your younger then ♥Mrs. Ladywolf♥ I’m married and do not use the Mrs. miss calling ther Little Sister.I have been studing. Taken the practice test four times and will study from that. There are 100 question to review and time limit when test comes of 2 hours.
Hi Lacy Anne. Nice to meet you! Yeah, I’ve had a bit of snow, then it warmed up and melted a bunch, so we’ve got icy sidewalks. Would you like some snow delivered? I could arrange for a few hundred dumptrucks-full, but delivery costs might be a bit expensive. :)
I survived 2 & a half years in Edmonton. That was cold, but at least a dry cold. Montreal was a humid cold with a stronger wind that felt even worse in the downtown wind tunnels. I hate winter with a passion. I’ll take 100 degree days any time of the year over that nonsense.
Hello all. I have an uncle who lives for heat. Evan during summer time keeps his house over 100°. His main problem when he was in service part of Vietnam suffered Post syndrom I read about. Now can’t remember the name. Did my studding today will study Friday and do test Saturday. Two hours is a long time. Church I go to is having a Christmas choir and drama play two different days. Going on a Saturday. Guess I will read a book. Be glad when test is done. Let you all know who it went later as grades will show.
For me 80° is still warm. My former job I filled out mainteance orders. Teens knew how to tear property up. After working 9 years a year prior of finding out to use ° now I do not get to use that much. Oh Grog my uncle is that bad of keeping house 100°. His wife of 63 years just suffers.
Sasfan, not sure where you you live in Saskatchewan, however there is a difference. Try living in Southern Ontario or Quebec in the winter. Believe me there is a difference. The cold goes right through you and you sweat moments after getting out the door in summer. The air, (I notice this even more in my more advanced years) is thicker and heavier.
Grog I have a 2nd cousin who married a guy her age met through college, her hubby is from Alaska. She is in Alaska with him, their choice no children married 10 years and still loving. Some of those pictures I have are from ones she has taken. Now they are living with not only very snowy conditions but icy conditions to.
Yea me to. Time for shower and bed. Oh when you see this Grog when they married within 24 hours had to wait until a judge could, not pregant, uncle then, I was not here then, knew she was for him. 4 kids and 63 years later. My aunt is younger than my mom he is older closing to 90. They are great grandparents. She worked as a waitress and he had finished with the army met in OK. Both live in ICT, KS

Hi, Grog and Saskfan—hope I didn’t miss you too long!
I know about those cold walks home from work (and vice versa! — but somehow the cold walk TO work is ever so much longer!)
