Big Top Sunday Brunch Omelets served with your choice of home fries, hash browns, fresh fruit, rice or beans. Also choose from a biscuit, blueberry muffin, toast or tortillas.

[Egg whites, or Egg Beaters upon request.]

Benny’s Pizza Omelet

Italian sausage, olives, mushrooms, onions, pizza sauce, jack and swiss cheese.

The Mom Vegetarian

Avocado, mushrooms, bell peppers, onion, alfalfa sprouts. Topped with real sour cream and salsa.

Dibble’s Special

Plate sized, open-faced omelet, topped with sautéed mushrooms, black olives, water chestnuts, green onions, tomatoes and bell peppers.

Buttermilk Pancakes

3 Buttermilk Pancakes served hot from the griddle with melted butter and warmed maple syrup.

French Toast

Three extra thick slices of special bread dipped in fresh egg batter, then grilled to a golden brown. Strawberries and powdered sugar sprinkled on top.

California Breakfast Burrito

Two eggs scrambled with bacon, cheddar cheese, home fries, beans and avocado. Served with rice and beans.

Huevos Rancheros

A grilled corn tortilla topped with two eggs and salsa. Includes guacamole, beans and flour tortillas.

Machaca (TC’s Favorite)

Two eggs scrambled with onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, jack cheese and shredded beef. Served with beans and tortillas.

Rosarito Beach Burger

Bacon strips, guacamole, lettuce, tomato and mayo on a buttered and grilled sesame seed bun. Served with a pickle, pepperoncini and your choice of French fries, coleslaw or potato salad.

Tijuana Street Tacos

Three tacos with your choice of carne asada or grilled chicken. Served on mini corn tortillas with chopped cilantro, onions, fresh guacamole, lime and pico de gallo. Served with rice and beans.

Veggie Garden Salad

Crisp salad greens, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, red kidney beans, red onions, red green bell peppers, and avocados tossed with balsamic vinaigrette.

Very Berry Salad

Mixed greens, goat cheese, caramalized walnuts and sliced strawberries. Served with a raspberry vinagrette.

Heather got Jesse (a Jack Russell Terrier) When she was 16. She started teaching him tricks. Jesse has now been in several TV commercials, movies etc. Instead of linking to one of his videos this goes to his home page. At the bottom right of the page is a video link that plays several videos. Jesse pulls the covers off of Heather to wake her, puts a CD into a player for music, makes coffee and makes a pancake (of course he also sets the table). This is in the first 30 seconds of the first video. He cleans the house, goes shopping, etc. and does a lot of tricks. Fun videos to watch!

Camel meal (chamomile),,,ha, ha! I love play on words. Like, when I told my niece she got her green eyes from her genes and she said, “But my jeans are blue.”

Good very early morning kids. It’s 1 am here and a Frozen Mug Sundae with hot fudge sounds excellent before bed. Thank you Top Cat. I think I’ll pass on the camel tea. EwwwGood night kids. See you in the later am hours.

Hey there kids. Hello to Lonewolf, Sojo and the rest of the kids out to play this late evening. Top Cat the sundae was wonderful, but I had dreams of bearded ladies and camels running around. No more late night snacks for me..Grog, limited bathroom space is such a problem on those long space flights. As soon as they fix that problem….beam me up Scotty. :-)
