Hello milkweed, my old friend

I’m laying eggs on you again

I don’t care that you are hairy

Or that your sap is poisoned, very

My little ones will chew you to the stem

And chew again

It is the sound

Of nature

Nature at its finest.

Nature, red (milky?) in mandible and claw.

Haha! Love it! So spot on. Peaceful day? Not for the bugs you are walking on.
