Spatchcock him at 450F, and he’ll only need to show up about 3 hours early (plus a little time for a quick dip in boiling water, plucking and gutting).
Satchcocking a turkey would be nice for a quick cook. But, I like the full treatment with stuffing and all the juices for gravy. (Unless you stuff the bird first, like Butterball’s tummy is showing)
