Seems Berk isn’t that much into creating these days. Average time between strips, about a week…

This is odd. In the last many months (probably a year or two) most of the new Bloom County strips are published here exactly seven days after they are published by BB in Facebook/Twitter. Yes, a few are published later and even “retrospectively”, at the time newer ones appear. But that’s rare.

According to that schedule, this strip should have appeared last Friday (three days ago):

Another day has passed and now this strip did not get published here as it would with the usual schedule:

I’m starting to suspect that GoComics is evading the whole story arc.

And yet another day passed in which the strip that would usually be scheduled did not get published:

Note that they are all from the same arc, which is a commentary on current events.

It’s been days since Bill disappeared. Maybe he’s actually BB?

If you check Berkeley’s Facebook page, he’s still creating. Go Comics isn’t carrying them anymore.

I hate facebook, will watch for the return of Bloom County and BB.

After a hiatus of 10 days, Berkeley Breathed finally published a new strip yesterday on Facebook / Twitter:

Under the regular schedule we would be seeing that strip next Saturday. The bad news is that the new strip is still part of the story arc that was never completed here, so I have little hope that we will see any of the missing strips until (seven days after) a new arc begins.

Thanks for the pointer. My doctor was about to prescribe some serious anti-depressants for Bloom County withdrawal pain.
