Now is that “AAIGH” with two “A”s, or “AAAIGH” with three “A”s?

First and AAAIGH and then an AAIGH. Contradiction indeed. Clearly she has mixed emotions about her [now dead] husband.

…or else she hadn’t had time to take a full breath between screams. In my experience, screams tend to get weaker as the victim hyperventilates.

and before you accuse me of working for the CIA, I will point out that I spent 2 years as a cab driver working my way through college.

I’m reminded of the horde of paparazzi snapping pictures of Natasha Richardson’s family as they entered the hospital. Nothing like grief and suffering to make a buck. (That little rant’s been festering for a while, good to get it out.)

@jackofstories I’m with you. Some things, sadly, never change and in fact have gotten worse since this strip was written.
