They don’t make a litter box that big.

I think Bill was conceived and born in a litter box.

That’s going to be one nasty hairball.

He had to eat something down there. A week in the basement – sheesh!

Well, now we know what became of the giant roach.

“How much litter? Couple-a bags, in the basement - why???”

I seriously doubt if Bill the Cat has ever used a litter box. That may be where the toxic waste in the basement came from in the first place.

Later comics frequently showed Bill sitting on his litter box. When Donald Trump had his brain transplanted into Bill’s head it became the “Trump Dump.”

@Steve - That’s got to be a “Steve Canyon” avatar, right? Funny, because earlier I was listening to a “Terry and the Pirates” episode on old time internet radio. Milton Caniff WAS great, wasn’t he?
