Hmmm . . I don’t think I could get away eating some of the stuff that my dog snarfs down, but I know what you mean. I was saying it in jest more than anything else. I’ve also heard prepared snails taste mostly like butter and garlic . . . reminds me of lutefisk. You really only taste the butter and salt . . does that mean it can be a delicacy too? ;)
