My daughter first experience with a dishwasher was when she went to college. She or one of her roomies used liquid dishwashing detergent in the dishwaser and had foam all over the place.
I recycle as best I can. Having collected many shampoo bottles, etc., I figured I could make quick work of the job by putting them in the dishwasher. It was truly a Lucille Ball moment. I was sopping suds for hours and my kids thought it was hysterical. Suds were coming out everywhere!
