Huey: Hello, Jeb? I'm sorry to bother you at home, but I had a nightmare last night that someone who looked kinda like your daughter broke into my house and stole our television so she could feed her crack habit. But then I remembered that you had the courage to speak out against an initiative to provide treatment instead of incarceration for addicts arrested on drug possession charges. I just wanted you to know how glad I am that someone has the courage to stop making excuses for the criminals and make things safe for decent, law-abiding...hello?

Poor naive Huey – thinking that the drug addicted daughter of a Bush would ever see the inside of a jail cell…

Not very comic, and not very much of a strip, but the concept sure is both ironic enough and serious enough to be worth it …

Considering what the other criminals in the Bush family got away with, I’d think a simple drug problem wouldn’t attract much attention. It’s not like she’d ever get arrested over it anyway. Perhaps she could host her own radio show?
