The definition of a fad is a fashion Faux Pax statement that comes, stays briefly, and goes., so why are backward ball caps, hoodies, droopy drawerz, and exposed underwear still going strong after 25 years? Fads are supposed to change, people! Get out there and show some imagination!

Actually in prison sagging pants is a signal to let the other inmates know that your butt is free and available & by available I mean ready for penetration
