Coming from their previous environs, the new community is gonna smell strange to them. Reminds me of the old song, “Something In The Air”, by Thunderclap Newman.

Yeah, clean air (along with clean water) – if such a thing still exists anywhere on plante Earth – can be intoxicating as well.
