Musical celebrities are usually only publicly arrested for things they’re known to do (like smoke marijuana) when someone in their entourage decides they need to “bottom out” and clean up their act. Otherwise payments and/or arrangements are made to either get a warning or let them go. Happened to Snoop and Willie Nelson, I know it’s happened to other people throughout history.
