Disclaimers and warning label print are already so small they look like smudges on labels. Why not just put them in Morse Code, so everybody can read them?
Disclaimer notifications* are not to be found in the Constitution. So if you just eliminate them, Heritage Foundation juridical philosophy justifies that action and will be upheld by McConnell — er, Trump — federal court appointees.
