Best one I ever saw was on a Cadillac in Houston. It said:

TNX IRS

I could but I’m a thief not a liar.

This plays into the stereotype of prisoners making license plates. The states now use private contractors to make the plates and since they are in it for profit, most of the plates are white in color.

It seems like the people who have those types of plates…rarely are.
