Sad Puck makes me sad. But Tommy is being his awesome self, comforting His woman. And vice versa.

When Buzzy Mouse is cuddled, things are very, very bad.

I wonder if she’s going to get a picture of Tommy and Sophie for her locket.

The poster worked for Tommy, but he was missing for months before she found him. Sure hope Sophie is found sooner than that. Not sure she could survive like Tommy did, especially if the weather gets bad.

So did the people just see sophie wearing her cat clothes and think nothing of it?

I just got an email BOLO from my girl’s chip service. I hate getting them, but I know that’s how they help find missing pets. Every time I see one, first I check the details, I’m reminded that people’s pets go missing every day. I do like the newsletters they send with happy reunion stories though.

Well, it helped after someone else found him…

Me theenks, like Anomalous is suggest yesterday, maybe it eas them steenky Alf aliens who is abducts cat. And by now them steenky Alf extraterrestrial astronuts is already eats cat kebab too. The ceiling can be a floor … if you’re so disconsolate that you don’t know your camera’s upside-down. Poor Tommy. Poor Puck. Even Buzzy Mouse has a miserable look on his face.

The pet detective we consulted when Shadow disappeared advised us that huge eye catching posters are one of the 2 best things you can do, along with using the kind of markers that can write on glass and put the cat’s information and your phone # on your car’s rear window.

My parents lost a lot of cats over the years. They suspected the neighbor in back who raised pigeons. They stopped letting cats out.

I just want to give Tommy a hug.

I keep hoping we’ll get a chance to see how Sophie’s doing from her pov. I imagine her abductors to be well-meaning, but clueless when it comes to cats. Maybe she’ll get frustrated enough to make a jail break, and find her own way home?

Queen Catshepsut the Golden: I have received several requests for pizza to be served at the Japanese Delegation’s going away dinner. Is there any available?

We have had a fawn walking around the neighborhood for the last couple of days. It is so tiny, that I am sure it is still on Mom’s milk. It is looking for Mom and wanders around, bleating. It is so heart-wrenching, but according to the the Wildlife Rescue Center, we should not approach it because the Mom should come back.

I feel helpless.

People don’t see cat clothes. It’s their cattitude.

OT: speaking of microchips

Oh, I am feeling so much woe…I wish it would stop…

I still cry when I remember the story of Elvis and Tommy. It was heart crushing when the Woman laid Elvis on the bed and called him a good boy. Elvis went back outside and brought back the poster of Tommy.

Oh no! Now all of the nice cats are sad :( I hope Sophie is going to be found soon! I cant bear Puck’s sad face any longer…

Tommy, you are proof posters work!

It’s a good idea to have a poster ready to be printed so you can deploy it fast.

Send posters to all the local vets, animal control, and rescue agencies in the area. A twenty mile radius is not too far! (8-ball was found 25 miles away.)

Aww, even Buzzy Mouse looks kinda sad. Poor little guy.

I’m crass and cynical by nature. I was that way as a kid. At 77 I thought I was set in my ways. I’m getting emotionally involved in Sophie’s catnapping. I hope the rescue happens soon.

If anyone is equipped to handle this, it is Sophie & Tommy’s Woman.

She works at the Quinn Shelter, rescues animals, and probably has a whole network of friends, neighbors and colleagues who will mobilize to find “Her Girl”.

I was trying to create a filk of Diana Ross’ Upside Down for Tommy and, like Bob Lind’s butterfly, my imagination and creativity has eluded me once again.

My best hope is that Sophie is practicing peaceful, passive resistance under the hardest to move piece of furniture in the house belonging to the catnappers. If there are any other hostages in the house, maybe she can help stage an escape to free them all.
