    Why wasn’t he able to WATCH for it?Maybe he can only do one thing at a time? Now he’ll have to make payments on time, or he’ll be out of time again.

    You never have to be present for a delivery unless the value is HIGH – Not a cheap clock. I usually never hear from Fed Ex or UPS. They ring and don’t wait to be acknowledged; I wave as they’re driving off.
