Thank you, Ant Dude!I didn’t recognise him from Pac Man or Space Invaders… never heard of Math Muncher. But I googled him from your comment…..and I found him…. Take a look!Click HERE! The game looks pretty old school, and I can’t get it to work right, but that’s definitely the right character. Number cruncher indeed!

And last but not least, pschearer, my sweet….you never come back when I’ve answered you late, but that’s how my schedule goes…. so this time I rolled it over to today… in case you do stop by.BTW … great move to tell me I’m “seriously wrong”…. luckily it cracked me up….but y’know, Susie" has got to go.Anyway…. I know everyone doesn’t like the same comics, and I agree that people have a right to say anything they like about them…(magnanimous, am I not?)The thing is, for myself, I make a distinction between comics discussion sites not connected to the artists or syndicates, where anything goes… (such as The Comics Curmudgeon, or ComicsIDontUnderstand.com) …and THIS site, which is basically their official “gallery”. Fans come to enjoy the strips, and many of the artists read their comments. If you make a crack on Comics Curmudgeon you’re amongst friends of a sarcastic bent…say the same thing here and it’s a more direct insult .To me it’s like any other gallery… if I hate the work I go home and giggle, and tell my friends..but I don’t walk right up to the painter and say “How inane!” Nor do I send him an e-mail to that effect…. and that’s what this site is like.I know you probably won’t agree…. but never fear…. you’re welcome to spar with me….well…. as long as you stop calling me Susie….

As long as Appleton isn’t crabby and rotten to the core, I’m sure he’ll do a Terrific job. If you’re not fairly old, you probably have no chance of getting that.ElGuapo, sticky guns? Ewww.

People who do not write for a living have no idea how much talent and work it takes to come up with material day after day, and the vast majority of them would not be able to create anything half as good as what they criticize. It’s easier to throw a brick through a window than to make glass.
