Aggressive groundhogs (or whatever they are; gophers?). Isn’t that “looking a gift horse in the mouth”?
With smothered onions and some garlic, they’re pretty good.
Maybe Broomie should consult them first, before planting, to avoid any misunderstanding.
Actually freedam, the gophers made the mistake of removing all misunderstandings for Broomie–she now knows exactly what to plant for revenge!
If she really wanted to have some fun, she should start with some Jalepeno peppers.
