It’s sad good customer service is easy to provide. If you look at your more successful companies more often you will find them with a high customer satisfaction rating.
hey, we folks in Swaziland gotta eat too, ya know!
YOU try going to work in the morning and getting stuck in snarled traffic due to a locust attack!
YOU try going down to the stream for a coffee break and getting attacked by wild hippos on the rampage!
YOU try to fend off hyena attacks during lunch!
and…..I dont even want to TALK about health benefits!
the home my parents bought back in 1963 still had its original “pulse” phone hookup and the rotary phones which go with it until May of this year. Dad never bothered to get it changed, even when Bell wanted him to do so, because he refused to pay extra for “touch tone” service. He felt that they shouldn’t charge extra to consumers for something THEY wanted to change, and stuck to his guns. Bell finally got to change it when he moved to a new place.
My mom still has an old rotary phone hooked to the phone line in the basement. Whenever the electricity goes out, she can still use that phone to call out. So, my husband dug out an old rotary that he had and hooked it up for us, too. It came in handy the last time we were without electricity.
A few years ago a kid was in my house and couldn’t figure out how to turn on my pre-remote TV. He had no idea what to do with all the dials, knobs and buttons on the front of it!

I never would have bought that stock to begin with. A little research goes a long way.

Thanks, Kate777, but I can’t take credit for that line.
