It could’ve been worse if it was a cookie.

In the fourth panel, the glass of milk is spilled. In the next to last panel, there is milk in the glass — less than before but it’s there.

Hobbes! You sould not do it so crude. Why don’t you come and say, I’m hungry, please give me something to eat?! Im sure, Calvin would bring you something!This is not the fine, sensitive way!

When I was a kid, I liked tuna fish sandwiches. Now that I am not a kid, I like the smell right when I open the can, but it doesn’t taste like when I was a kid. Is it my taste buds or is it a change in what the fish eat and are exposed to…?

Must be a regional thing, saying “tuna fish”. And I never hear anyone say “mackerel fish” or “sardine fish”.

I’ve learned to feel very sorry for Calvin. Either his only “friend” is sometimes horrible to him and nobody else believes it, or he’s self-destructively insane.

Sheesh. Why is your name not Capt. Buzzkill? It’s a COMIC STRIP and anyone who read it knew that Hobbes was a stuffed toy made real only in a little boy’s imagination.

Calvin runs in my heart and Hobbes thru my veins!

Perhaps he had fasted too much and hunger has grown enormously!!
