Mr. Pinkley: "Flex-time" is a system of flexible working hours that many progressive companies are adopting in response to the two-career family. In keeping with the benevolent spirit of Product Testing Inc., it is a plan that I personally pushed and gained approval for. Formerly, we all worked from 8:00 am to 6:00pm. Now, as soon as the preggies clear out, those who are left will work 8:00am to midnight! Thus, flex-time!! The thanks I get for trying to drag this company into the '80's.
I knew from the first panel that Mr. Pinkley would say something stupid.
