Why do I always feel like Cathy is on a episode of “No Sex and the City”?

When the sales lady is in her 20s and you are in your 60s, the result is even worse! Please, just let me shop in peace!

@susan: you use the “accent aigu” only when you want to pronounce the “e” as “eh”. I thought Cathy was still saying “aack”, only in a more sophisticated way. not “aack-eh”, the way it would be if you put on the accent.

Sorry, since I grew up in Quebec, and started taking French classes when I was 8 years old, I just automatically offer my knowledge to whoever is out there. Not meaning to be offensive.

I think I like Cathy in the first outfit better. It may be “slouchy” and “dumpy” but it looks a whole lot more cute and comfortable than the tight, ugly outfit she’s wearing in the last panel.
