Cathy: The chocolate fudge nutrition bar packed with 35 grams of protein! I feel fat forming. My body got one whiff of chocolate and is using all the energy in the energy bar to go into auto fat production. Stop! Stop the presses! That isn't regular chocolate! It's a low-carb, soy protein meal-replacement substance! I'ts lean muscle mass-producing chocolate! Athletic training chocolate! Icky, vitamin-packed chalky chocolate!! Stop making fat! Stop making fat! Stop making fat! When I dreamed of having a body that won't quit, I should have been more specific.

Yes dear friends, you are correct in assuming that the bars have more calories than a plain Hershey would. Also more fattening than plain cereal is granola. Somebody with nothing better to do did a survey (they read the labels) and found this out. You are what you eat. lol

Actually, Cathy, the proper way to tell your body to “stop making fat” is to go take a brisk walk immediately after eating that bar — in other words, EXERCISE.
