Early stages of senility contains people giving you tests to see if your senile. Courage and risk taking becomes irresponsible and a danger to yourself or others. Wisdom and lessons learned becomes living in the past. We don’t get old, we just get re-categorized as redundant.
Add the occasional bouts of “power surges” that have been coming and going over the last couple of years to this list and you’ve got my life in a nutshell these days ….. only I thought it was the beginning stages of perimenopause — not senility. Looks like I’m considerably more worse off than I originally thought I was (LOL)!!!!!

Hi, rgcviper! :-)
.
Hello and Happy Wednesday, fellow Cathy fans. Hope everyone had a really nice day today! :-)
Oh oh. According to those questions I started senility about 30 years ago! And here I thought I was just living an another reality.
Wind finally switched to the north today. Spent some time freeing up logs hung up on he top of the retaining wall. Water is up by only an inch or so today so still looking good.
Interesting that (statistically speaking) all of those things happen to young people too, and nobody even notices. It only becomes a concern when it happens to someone over the age of 60.

Do you sound like a TV commercial trying to sell you something completely useless?

Just wait until you have kids, Cathy. You’ll have even less patience! (Love my kids a ton, but there are days…)
Hello Cathy friends! Happy Wednesday! Have a great day!

[Sigh] Yup—I’ve had days like that, Cathy. However, I’m still giving this one a big [eye-roll] for the big reversal … though it was unexpected.
HI, MOM. Hello, Clan.
