Well if you weren’t such a terrible drill sargeant, Cuddles you wouldn’t have to rescue him.

You’re up late (or early) tonight, Fellow Baby!

Good Morning, cleo, sugar, Fellow Baby & the rest of the foot sloggin’ CD gang

Fellow Baby, I found some Grog strip prints I can actually purchase on the Johnny Hart website. Never saw that before. Unfortunately, the archive doesn’t go back that far – but some or them will those of Johnny’s. Also, none of the strips are Holiday-related. I wish the books I have dated their strips. I’d love to be able to go as far back as the 60’s.

I have some old BC books up in my attic, Fellow Baby! I know, I know, how dare I treat them that way, :-). But they are in good shape. One of these days, I must go up there and go through all those things. Are you going to purchase any of those prints?

Fellow Baby, I’m going to go through some of my old B.C. books to see if I can’t get some of the classic prints. You know that classsic “Clams got legs” print. The “Droob” strip but those go back to the 60’s.

Even so, I’d love to at least try to get my hands on them. Their archive both here & at Hart Studios just doesn’t go that far back. But I do have some of the more recent Grog strips picked out to possibly purchase.

Hello all. Anyone remember me? The last time I posted was around the middle of October just before we were going on a trip for a few days. Had a good time. But just a couple of days after we got back a friend of 40 years committed suicide and shot himself in the face with a shotgun. Absolutely horrific! Mind numbing.

Within days after that one of my brothers was in an accident and almost died from injuries. Wound up with internal injuries, broken ribs, broken collarbone, crushed and fragmented leg bones. A serious mess.

Not long after that we were coming home from town, we live in the country, and the car ahead of us hit a deer which was flipped over her car and landed right in front of us with no way to miss it. We felt the car tires thump over it as it skidded under our car. I was frantic and crying. It was awful.

Then our very dear and much loved Uncle died on Thanksgiving morning from a heart attack.

Truth be told, I haven’t been in much of a comics mood for the past three months. I haven’t even looked at comics for quite some time, It didn’t seem right in the midst of so much pain.

But I have been thinking of you and miss the whole group. I hope all the bad stuff is over and we can look foreword to an uneventful year.

Hi Dry, Cleokaya, Stelbel, Grog, Sugie, and everybody else Surely tomorrow will be better!

Ummm, well, I messed that up didn’t I? I’ve forgotten how to make things bold and italic and how to separate paragraphs with a space.

A sign of getting older I guess.

Fellow Baby I’ll find a way to send you a jpg of the strip. I have copy on my computer somewhere. But I probably won’t be on it until tomorrow night when I get back from my first day in 2012 hell.

Fellow Baby, I hear ya’! I go back to work tmr. too, but my job isn’t hell, but it will take some doing after 12 days off! LOL! And you know, I only used 3 vacation days through all that! What with weekends and “guvmint” (how does JFri spell that? LOL!) holiday hours, it only amounted to 3 days I used!
