Well, I’m late again today. Wow! I don’t blame Fergus. I wouldn’t want to come to a naked Mel either. Of course, dogs mostly don’t care; clothes, no clothes it’s all the same to them.

I know my dogs would get very impatient with me when they knew we were going to take a drive or a trip shortly. Almost always, in their opinion anyway, I was the problem, bothering getting dressed and all. They seemed to think I should run right out of the shower and jump in the car….And AWAY WE GO!!!!! That never worked out for them. But they would have been happy if it had.

“Busyness” happened today. I need longer days so I can get everything done. Ah well, summer is coming and I will get my wish for more daylight and promptly wish that the days were shorter so I could get a bit of rest.

(((((Cleo))))) Your dog will appear and you will love it when it happens. Your heart is open and your are ready to receive the love and devotion of a new member of your family. What a lucky doggie is destined to come into your life! And lucky you to be there to receive your new four footed, fuzzy, altogether loveable, huggable companion into his forever home.

This strip brings new meaning to the old saying; “Keep your pants on!” when someone gets impatient.

I hope all my CD friends are smartly dressed and take a que from Fergus. Of course there is this, Mel is comfortable and he is in his own home and all that. Still….

Ah my CD friends may you all dress as comfortably as you like and look smashing in whatever you choose to wear. If your character and the love within you shines through you can’t help but be beautiful.
