Pretty busy, Shika I finally was able to get out all of the auditors requests from last week. Now we’re waiting on round 2 from them, since we’re assuming they didn’t know quite what they were doing on our fixed asset projects. They chose some C.I.P. assets rather than fully constructed and capitalized assets. So we expect them to have more requests to round out their sample of 10.

Aw. That’s great StelBel! Technology is wonderful at times like this.

I used to hate having the auditors come to work.

Yeah….I didn’t know how to retieve it on my new phone!!!! I had to wait for Ernie to get it for me! Arrrrrrgh! ( sorry…I guess I’m still in “pirate” mode!)

I think that whenever I see a newborn. But some are cuter than others. I saw a whole lot of photos of the great-grand child of someone at my mom’s retirement lodge. He was adorable too.

They live in my house (separate 6-rm. apt.), but they just bought a house, so they’ll be moving in a few weeks, about 7-8 miles away.

I’ve had to take on a number of accounting responsibilities since becoming a part of this new company. Fortunately, I minored in accounting, but I’m probably as crazy about the field as the rest of you are.

I failed math in high school and dropped it in Grade 11 at the teacher’s request. Yet they still made me do the audit at work. Go figure. My boss always wondered what took me so long. The idiot.

It sounds to me that you’re right on top of things, as much as you dislike the accounting part of it.

StelBel, in my like of work, it’s rather important to know something about accounting. I just didn’t want to do the day to day tasks and transactions that accountants do.

re: apt.> 3 br., 1½ bath, LR,DR, kitch. I used to live there, and my folks lived in the main house where we are now. It’s a big, old (1785 main house, 1835 apt.) house, but it’s nice. Tough to heat, though. And, expensive……..

Shika, I would have to say that that one is my all-time favorite comedy. I could never get sick of seeing it. A great cast too. Somewhat scary but very funny.

A very productive day for me. I cleaned the fridge and mowed the lawn. I keep wondering how much longer I will need to mow. My lawn gets so wet that it can clog the mower. I need goats.

no lawn.i told my BIL that i was thinking about a small one.he said, “forget about it. plant moss”.im thinking about that, even tho he was joking.

i got some yard work done.im trimming bushes away from the house.i have a bed of iris i want to dig up, and replant the bulbs someplace else.

happy quick in and out, watching the debates, no time to read all the comments, but you could try if I am getting the gist of the conversation, wildflowers, ivy, or something perennial for your area that would grow and need minimal care, and look nice.
