re: yesterday’s OB guest appearances: the resolution wasn’t the greatest and I thought Jonas was too tiny (and even Charlie, who isn’t too big himself!) to show up well, not to mention the fact that the beach was getting overcrowded!
Although, I thought I overheard Raymond say that Charlie and Jonas were en route, anyway…..
I’m glad that a lot of my fellow CDers enjoyed the pictures yesterday. They are fun (albeit time-consuming!) to put together. I spend more time on them then the things I should be doing around the house! LOL
Happy Sunday to everybody, including Lonewolf, cleokaya, puppybreath (wherever you may be…), Dry, sugie, Citizen GROG!, JP Steve, x_Tech, Happy, nighthawks, Shika, chefwen, Jkiss, mightaswellbe, Win, IMudd, SusanSunshine, Perkycat, night ranger, Lingee Whiz, Saucy 1121, pumaman, DAZZ, Greg Trail and anyone else I may have missed!!!
I use Irfanview for everything; still have a Corel Photopaint around but I have fun with Irfan (and it has the clone tool which I used to put my Cuddles on the trunk edge (after first pasting her in a rectangle in the sky). I think the Corel allowed cloning from a separate document, but this does not.
As I promised, I will make an attempt to describe ALL my old murals over at BS today. That will take a while, so I am procrastinating. I have been on ’toons since breakfast and did not yet take morning supplements.
Stel if I get a Snow Day out of it, I will be happy! They are as exciting as when I was a kid in school! LOL! I do love my job though, even though it may not sound like it!
stel ol’ bel, doing that kind of cutting and pasting with a mouse IS rather time consuming and requires a steady hand and lots of patience. kudos.your priorities are in order. Photo editing for humor and coolness— first.cleaning your house, washing the dishes and all the rest of that nonsense— secondary.as it should be
Stel not that much really for us “Old used to it in the old days” folks, up to 8 inches at this point, where I am, but it is after all MARCH 24, GEEZ. Last year it was in the 60’s by my garden calendar!
Dry…by all means…we need a salad recipe…I don’t think there are any there, are there? Whew…I had to re-read that last question three times! Way too many “theres”!
ancient, Shika ! lol It’s one of the first iPads. I won it at the USANetwork game site, right after iPads were first introduced. Soon after, it was “obsolete” when the iPad2 came out. What are they up to now? iPad427???? haha
I will absolutely let you know about the recipe and if I did any “tweaking” to it (as I am wont to do)! Although, usually I make a recipe as written the first time, and if we like it well enough, then I experiment with it.
Well, my laptop has been acting up all day and for some reason, I’m not getting email in my usual msn inbox, but it is available in the hotmail (now Outlook) email section. Pages are loading very slowlyyyyyyyy……………. I think it’s tired, so I’m going to shut it down and hope for the best tomorrow.
Shika never in my life did I think I would watch foreign films with English subtitles, but the South Korean drama tv shows are so far, the ones we’ve seen are EXCELLENT but they are based on ancient Korean history so many probably would not be interested. I myself, MUCH to my surprise, am enjoying them IMMENSELY!

StelBel you are indeed a sweetheart. Keep on with the pictures, we all enjoy them.

Rather than speculate on what’s inside, raising your expectations, I suggest you open the treasure. But you may be disappointed.
Good Morning, cleo, sugar, Fellow Baby & the rest of the treasure hunting CD gang!

It must be more fun than doing the things you should be doing around the house, StelBel.

I don’t know Cuddles, you could indeed be filthy, but at this moment you only have an old chest. Contents unknown. Rich? Who knows?

Your recipe for Curried Beef à l’Orange (Clementine) is now in the Citizen Dog Recipe File.
It sounds delicious, and I hope to try it sometime this week!

I had one snow day this winter. It was as good (almost) as Cuddles finding a treasure chest.
Good Evening CDers!
