That's going to be a problem in this garage. You need the 5 feet so you can bob and weave and dance all around it. George: No offense, Chester, but I don't see you dancing all the way around the bag. Coach Nordling: Yeah, we can probably hang it in the corner.

It is three minutes activity and one minute rest, same as in the ring. But you do have to work up to it, say one and three before three and one.
