When my step daughter was in high school, one of the team fundraisers was for the parents to work concessions with the local university for football games. Essentially, we were free labor for the concession company and whatever the profits were would go to the daughter’s soccer team. Got to tell you – it took a looooong time before I went back to stadium vendors after that.
