ARE WE THERE YET?! Eight-year-old Henry Jonas is credited with being the first child to utter the question that parents would loathe for centuries to come.
Credited, or cursed?
my son who is 22 still asks that after he wakes up from a nap in the car
I got a jump on my kids and I ask them it in car rides.
Thus after 2 weeks of hearing this the life boat was invented and little Henry was placed in it to try it out for the remainder of the voyage.
I find it hard to believe that children in Europe didn’t ask that before 1620.
Then after we get “there” it’s when can we go home?
