Allegedly, it will make your Christmas Tree “perfectly shaped”, regardless of how it looked when you got it.

Looks like gravity would make it “skinnier” on the down side. A good commentary on our society. We have to have a gadget to make every aspect a total work of perfection when we actually live in the beauty of a world full of variety in shapes colors sizes.

Remember, girls with straight hair want to have curls, and girls with curls want straight hair. The eternal struggle for perfection, which is neither possible nor advisable.

I wouldn’t mind having a tree that has the branches in a 90-degree sector, which means I could fit it in the corner more easily, and I would save money on decorations, also!

mabrndt & dfowensby - It’s a giant pencil sharpener type device for making perfectly conical Christmas trees. Oy!

I don’t mind having a Christmas tree in ‘natural’ arrangement or a little misshapen because it reminds me of why Christ had to come: we’re imperfect and prone to sin against God but Jesus paid the price for our sin by taking it and dying on the cross with it. He who knew no sin became sin for us. That’s God’s Christmas gift to us - forgiveness so that we can have fellowship with Him and experience His tremendous love! God proved that he accepted Jesus’ sacrifice and that Jesus was the Son of God by raising Him from the dead. THIS IS THE REAL REASON TO REALLY CELEBRATE AT CHRISTMAS! MERRY CHRISTMAS, ALL!!

Actually, I don’t think they have a consumer-grade sharpener/shaper, but I suspect all the tree nurseries have the commercial grade ones to shape their Christmas trees.

The Johnsons, who believed in recycling, contacted the Tree Shaper Comapny to come out and reshape their tree into something worthwhile. After 2 minutes John Johnson had a brand new Toothpick. He was ready to eat an ear of corn now …
