since many companies treat people as if they are a dime a dozen, its no wonder that there is so many job hoppers. The golden rules especially applies to businesses and employees, you want them to stay you need to treat them decent.
There are good companies out there as well, just hard to find cause nobody ever leaves them and thus no openings.
