This is a normal part of the free market, however things change. For example back in the 60’s there was plenty of mechanics but the current generation is so interested in electronics that there is now a huge demand and increasing for people to learn how to fix cars. Since cars are now also computerized, one needs to learn electronics and mechanics.
I know of several businesses who can’t find mechanics to replace, one recently had a mechanic die and can’t get anyone to come work. They are as a result offering increased wages, which of course make the cost of repairs go up. Don’t be surprised if you start seeing $100 dollar an hour repair costs shortly (some places already have them)
As for this company soon as the robots break down and nobody knows how to fix them, they’ll be in trouble.
