Being interested in biology it is things like these I think about. When someone wants to add things like this for comedic appeal I can’t help but see the illogic of it. The birds are more efficient than we are in this area. Just all at once—combined. Though for us we also use perspiration to cool us and remove some waste from our bodies. Birds cannot.
