Brevity doesn’t usually have multiple panels on Sunday, so there was nothing to fill!

This whole joke could have been done in ONE panel….The first part was repeated merely to add a few beats to the husband’s long, motionless take.

I am emphatically NOT very pc, as I hate pandering….BUT….

My own rule of thumb is, if I personally would be uncomfortable showing or repeating it to a friend of the nationality, ethnicity, etc, in question, I don’t post it. …

Just a thought.

Ah, Six…. good to see you…and yeah…. I wasn’t saying it worked or was a particularly good idea, merely that it was an attempt at added value, rather than a lazy cop-out as some surmised.

As I consider this particular site a gallery, offered for my grateful viewing, and often attended by the artists themselves, you’ll rarely find me posting flat-out criticism of a strip….

Just as I wouldn’t walk into a real life gallery and tell the artist “this painting doesn’t work.”

It doesn’t mean I like it…. so yes, I will break my rule a bit and agree with you….. I think the effect was unnecessary.Sorry, Dan…. but the pun worked, and I do appreciate all puns…
