It took 5 years for my mother to get me to eat eggplant parmesan. It was really good and now, I try things before condemning them.
I think I’d rather have the cookie soup from “PreTeena”.

Undercooked eggplant isn’t all that great, but properly cooked? Yum!
Eggplant cooked well is delicious. Andy is a terrible cook. That is the perpetual joke. That and Peter over eating as a child his age does to finish the growth cycle who won’t hear her dinners.
