OK, I let it slide yeaterday, but twice is too much – that’s a dumbell. A barbell is the 2-handed type.
Nothing wrong with flippy-flappy biceps.
It takes time. You have to tear down to build up. And walking helps you butt as well as you back since it takes all of that to move.
I’ve always hated having dried food on my butt…
