iPods are a popular Apple technology, or something like that, maybe. BTW—since it’s a trade name, you leave the capitalization the way Apple writes it, lowercase “i.” But you probably all know that.
I write for an Apple-related website so this comes up every day. We leave the “i” lowercase, but some newspapers disagree. The New York Times would write “IPods are a popular Apple technology,” for example.

Since it is a product name you just make sure the P is capitalized.
