When I was a kid (before plastic got so popular), we had some aluminum straws. They did not get soggy as did paper straws but I did occasionally cut the roof of my mouth a little. I now cringe to think what would have happened had I fallen with one in my mouth.
Straws are banned only in those brilliant places where you can’t buy a 32 oz. drink…..but you can still buy two (2) 16 oz. drinks…….you know….twice the environmental impact, but no straws. That’s those liberal democrats genius in action.

Giraffes spread their front legs wide apart and they have no trouble drinking water. :)

I remember having paper straws. Are they banned too?

I’ve never seen a fish or turtle tangled up in a straw, get rid of plastic “six-pack”rings and plastic shopping bags.

The particular individual above has an obvious need, but being flat on your back is a little easier with them.

Giraffes seem to have a drinking problem.
