Given the effect Tip’s mojo has on most sentient beings, he should be able to work his way through (and up) the ranks, complete the plan, and still have plenty of time to catch the bouquet at the wedding reception.

I think Tip is far too well known to infiltrate Anasigma. then again, that may not matter. Depends on what he means by “work”.
