I faintly remember an episode of Twilight Zone, or The Outer Limits that had a story with a similar with a twist!! Man thought he was in heaven, but was really in hell. That’s all I remember.

Every time I read a hell joke, it reminds me of a scene from Little Nicky. Hitler is dressed up like a maid, and every few hours he gets a pineapple shoved up his pootie.
