Someone really needs to show him the Monty Python “Cheese Shop” skit. Because of the 40+ cheeses mentioned, only one is made up.
Eddie seems interested. He may find himself discovering a whole new exciting world of le fromage.

All in good time, Eddie. The world is best handled in bite-size chunks.
There is also pizza cheese and cheeseburger cheese. So you know 4 kinds already.
I’ve been on a pepper jack kick, Tillamook’s jalapeno jack is a bit much. You can’t taste the cheese part.
There’s always something new to discover!
This got me curious. What kind of cheese is “Macaroni and”? I guessed Cheddar, and that is the most common. Others often used are Parmesan, Gruyere, Brie, Smoked Gouda, Monterey Jack, and Fontina…
Try some Casu martzu, Eddie.
I personally won’t, but, you can.
Take him to the store and show him all the cheeses in the dairy department, that should blow his mine.
Let’s not forget nacho
