I’ve always hated performance reviews when I was working as I always had to sign my name at the end of it for corporate…Hope Brutus makes out okay with it !

Would Chief be happy if he was judged by Brutus?

Honesty is better as a policy than an action.

@KA7DRE- I feel you on that because a lot of times, performance reviews are based on OPINIONS rather than your actual work performance! And if you and your boss don’t see eye to eye, then it’s a wrap!

Our ill-starred Brutus understands the performance review is just Veeblefester’s means of justifying not giving our jinxed man a raise.

Performance reviews. I hated them.

Tell me lies, tell me lies, tell me sweet little lies. Nothing good follows the preface the boss just said. Regardless though, Brutus is indispensable to the company and to us….

I was always the worst performer on our team. They had us fill out our own reviews, I gave myself all 5’s, except for a 4 for gets along well with others, just to make it realistic. Everyone else gave themselves all 5’s. Turns out the reviews didn’t mean much in the long run, just comparing attendance from one year to the next.

Please sugar coat it for me Chief.

In this case ignorance is bliss. Or at least more tolerable.

i always told my superiors that i excelled at what i did. and let them figure out for themselves what exactly that was…

I just used to ask them if they wanted the lights to stay on.
