It’s all sugar in one form or another and nothing of fiber or protein. Straight to the hips and pancreas.

Nothing good. Unfortunately, that usually tastes the best. Cookiies, fatty cuts of meat…I bought into my Mum’s pejorative “empty calories” and eat them seldom.
