Now who was that asking about seeing 74-year old Clovia in a “sexy elf costume” yesterday?
Ha Ha! , and Hee Haw! … Slim is channeling Sam Wainwright from “It’s a Wonderful Life”!

So to catch up, I set a (local) midnight deadline… so our 1930 series only got eight panels through a twelve-panel Sunday strip. Tomorrow.
What we do have for the 3rd is a visit to the plains of Montana without Marshal Rick, Hipshot, Quyat Burp, Gaye Abandon, Deuces Wilde, Chief Horse’s Neck or any of the Kyutes. In fact it’s no one in the regular cast in a Stan Lynde (pronounced “Lined”) Sunday masterpiece. I enjoyed it quite a bit.
Brenda is driving her way to the train station 75 years ago today, and I of all people am complaining about the anti-feminism on display over this still unseen Chug Chug Kelly.
Rufus gets a day to wallow in the mud and muck, as it’s Sunday in 1972, so we get a late season walk in the woods with Walt and Adam.
I find it interesting that no other members of the Wallet family are attending this church service. I thought they all belonged to the same church. At least they did before Jim forgot about them.
