My Dad had a business, very stressful. He never exercised. Drank beer daily, cocktails on week-ends. Several long nights a year playing high-stakes poker. Smoked cigarettes and cigars. He ate a fat ladened diet, lots of butter and lamb fat. Passed at 97 years old. Mom rarely drank and never smoked. She lived to 99. All my siblings passed; ages 65, 67, 72 and 83…….life’s funny…..

The differentiation may be atomic bomb pollution from thousands of above ground tests. Cancer biggest killer of my sisters and brothers.

My father passed at 45, and here I am staring down 80, and feeling 30, especially in the mind. I eat a lot of fish, but also chicken and red meat. Roll the dice!
