This is really, to me, a little sad. I can’t help but think of an elderly father or husband who has become frail. Most of the time, it is we women who are their caregivers - wives, sisters, etc.
As a caregiver I have to say that humor, especially being able to laugh at yourselves and some of the circumstances you find yourselves in, is essential.
